1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dk1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of dk1111 — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using dk1111 immediately and not register an account. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

Each player may hold only one active account on dk1111. If we detect that a player has registered more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonus funds, free spins, or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited at dk1111's discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing access with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account information — including your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after verification is complete. If you made an error during registration, contact support as early as possible before the verification process begins.

• Do not use your account for commercial purposes or on behalf of another person.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Keep your contact details current — outdated details may delay withdrawals or important notifications.
• Inform support if you change your registered payment method so withdrawal processing is not disrupted.

dk1111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reason to believe the Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on dk1111 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dk1111 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino tables and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion for a full breakdown.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6 Gameplay Rules

Slots and Fish Games: These use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Each result is independently generated and is not influenced by previous outcomes, stake size, or account history. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed on-table at the start of each round. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, the game outcome will be determined by the state of play at the point of disconnection or, where this is not possible to determine, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.

Sports Betting: All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market selected. 7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or place bets.

• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to generate winnings — any winnings from a known error must be reported to support immediately.
